Falcons win their third straight in a last-second thriller

With less than a minute remaining, Freeland's Conner Schultz scored a touchdown before David Ruhlman ran in the game-winning two point conversion in the Falcons' 22-21 victory over the Swan Valley Vikings.

Freeland overcame a 14-point defecit earlier in the contest before Swan Valley's Jonathan Grace rushed for a touchdown to put the Vikings ahead once again in the Tri-Valley Conference Central contest.

The Falcons are now 5-1 (4-1). Swan Valley dropped to 3-3 (2-3).

The Ithaca Yellowjackets remain perfect and are playoff-bound after winning their sixth game of the season over Saginaw MLS 37-7.

The Yellowjackets' Charles Schneltzer scored on a 22-yard touchdown pass, one of five catches in the game for him. Quarterback Travis Smith added two rushing touchdowns on the night.

The Swartz Creek Dragons scored all ten of their points in the second half as they knocked off Flint Northwestern 10-6.

The Wildcats took a 6-0 lead into halftime but the Dragons' Joey Williams returned a blocked punt for a touchdown.
