HARRISBURG, PA -- It's become a common occurrence this off-season: a Detroit Lions player is in trouble with the law.

This time, it's cornerback Aaron Berry.

Berry was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, two counts of accidents involving unattended vehicles, two counts of failure to stop and render aid, plus fleeing the scene, all misdemeanors.

Berry allegedly drove his vehicle into parked cars in Harrisburg, PA Monday night and attempted to flea the scene.

The 24-year-old played in 11 games for the Lions last season and had 26 tackles.

Berry released a statement apologizing for the incident.

The Lions also released a statement saying they were very disappointed.

Berry is the fourth Lion to be arrested this off-season, there have been six total arrests.
