CARROLLTON -- Carrollton hosted Merill in a Tri-Valley West match up Friday night.

The Vandals ate up 8 minutes of clock on just one drive, but walked away without any points thanks to Cavaliers Malik Vasquez, who did not miss his tackle to force Merill to turn it over on downs.

The Cavaliers then had 98-yard drive that did end up with points, a touchdown.

Cavs won it 35-14 to remain undefeated, 5-0.

Reese also remained perfect, beating Vassar 17-0.

Midland Dow invaded Arthur Hill and came away with the victory 12-0.
