Ithaca, Mt. Pleasant and Nouvel Catholic will follow the Chargers to state
ORTONVILLE -- After starting 0-2 this season, Flint Powers Catholic is now one win away from a state title.
The Chargers took a solid lead in the second half, beating Almont 27-10 in Ortonville. They will play for their first state title since 2005.
New Lothrop's undefeated season comes to an end as they lost to Mendon 34-13 in Howell.
Also going to the state finals, Mount Pleasant in Division Three, Nouvel Catholic in Division Seven and Ithaca in Division Six.
