Great Lakes win series finale 3-2
Loons snatch two of three from West Michigan
MIDLAND -- The Great Lakes Loonsbeat the West Michigan Whitecaps today, 3-2, on School Kids Day at Dow Diamond.
Despite strikig out twice, Loons first baseman Joseph WInker went 1-4 and had two RBI.
After winning two of three against the Whitecaps, Great Lakes will start a three-game road trip against Dayton. The Loons are currently seven games out of first place in the Midwest League Eastern Division.
