Tigers trim roster down to 38 players

Wilkin Ramirez optioned to Triple A Toledo
LAKELAND, FL -- The Tigers today optioned the contract of outfielder Wilkin Ramirez to Triple A Toledo.
Additionally, the club today assigned catcher Max St. Pierre, infielder Don Kelly and outfielder Alexis Gomez to minor league camp.
Following today’s roster moves, 38 players remain in major league camp with the Tigers.
