SAGINAW TOWNSHIP -- Marathon-runners, cyclists and even the average Joe now have a place in Saginaw Township to have their performance levels tested.

Runner's Sports Performance Lab on Bay Road held it's grand re-opening today to highlight their recent addition that measures clients' metabolic levels and other health factors, using state of the art equipment.

Owner Bill Thompson says it's something the community needs in order to get on-track towards a healthy lifestyle. He adds that the lab will be holding classes focused on getting teens in shape and teaching them how to get and maintain healthy habits.

The services are available by calling the store and setting up an appointment. Thompson says that the services are priced with the community in mind, while still reflecting the caliber of tests they are providing.
