BALTIMORE, MD (AP) -- A steady rain forced postponment of Thursday night's game between the Detroit Tigers and Baltimore Orioles.

The teams will play a doubleheader Friday, beginning at 4:30 p.m. The second game will begin 20 minutes after the first.

It will be Detroit's second doubleheader in three days. The

Tigers lost both games at Cleveland on Wednesday.

Baltimore played its final road game of the year Wednesday against Tampa Bay.

The series, scheduled for four games through Sunday, is the final one of the season for both teams.
