FLINT -- In their final game before Christmas, the Mott Bears made sure to give themselves a nice present under the basketball tree.

Facing an overmatched Alpena squad in their conference opener, the Bears put six players in double-figures en route to an 89-35 win.  Flint Central alum Demetrius Miller led all scorers with 16 points, while Mike Brigham and Doug Anderson added 15 and 14, respectively.

Mott (11-2, 1-0) is off until Wednesday, December 29th, when they host Lake Michigan at 7:30.
