Reese wins first round of districts, remains perfect

The Reese lady Rockets beat Buena Vista Monday to move on in the playoffs.

REESE -- The first round of the girls basketball district playoffs began Monday night across the state.

The Reese Rockets put their undefeated record on the line against Saginaw Buena Vista.

The Rockets put up 30 unanswered points in the first, it was 51-5 at the half.


Reyna Frost had 14 points for Reese. Drew Findlay added 11 as the Rockets rolled 70-13.

They play Saginaw Valley Lutheran Wednesday at Genesee High School.
