FLINT -- Police arrested a suspect in connection to the murder of a 22-year-old Flint man three months ago.

Demarkus Barnett was found stabbed to death outside a car wash on Robert T. Longway on December 9th of last year.

Michigan State Police say they arrested 23-year-old Marjanl Abdur-Rahman in connection to the murder.

He was arraigned today on an open murder charge.

Abdur-Rahman does not have a criminal history and is a student at the University of Michigan Flint.
