This time the city released information to NBC25's Josh Marshall, quoting the police union about meetings between the parties being an inefficient use of time.

Monday, May 06, 2013  Saginaw City Manager Darnell Earley presented his budget for the 2014 fiscal year to the mayor and council Monday.  It calls for a 55-officer police department and a 35-person fire department.
