There's a place in cyberspace for just about everything and it’s a place walls don't exist. Now there’s a place where incarcerated offenders can apologize to the victims of their crimes. It’s called the Apology Project. The man behind the website is a felon named Joe Baker who’s serving a life sentence in Tennessee.
