Flint police investage a body found on the 700 block of East Pierson Rd.

FLINT -- Flint police are investigating after a body was found in a home on the city's northwest side.
According to a friend on scene, the victim is a man in his late 40s.
The friend of the victim tells NBC25, the man's brother went to the home in the 700 block of East Pierson Rd. after he couldn't get in touch with his brother.
According to the friend, the brother found the victim around 1:30 p.m.
The Michigan State Police Crime Lab is also investigating. We will bring you more information as it becomes available.
