Expect partly to mostly cloudy skies today with some sunshine mixed in.  Highs continue to stay above average, climbing into the low 40s.  There is still the possibility of a rain/snow storm for the middle and end of the work week.  Fine details still have to be worked out concerning specific accumulations, but right now, it appears 1-3" of snow are possible by Friday morning.  If the storm track wobbles to the north, lower snow totals will occur.  If it wobbles a little more to the south, higher snow totals will occur.  Winds will be very strong with this system as well.  Get ready, it could turn sloppy by Thursday into Friday.
