Snow hitting Mid Michigan

VIENNA TOWNSHIP -- The blizzard that hit the Midwest has arrived in Michigan.

There's less punch than in other states, but it's reducing visibility here and causing plenty of accidents.

Genesee County 9-1-1 has reported several accidents throughout the day.

Most are along I-75 or US 23.

Meanwhile in Saginaw County, in the 9 thousand block of Merrill there appears to be an injury accident.

All of this is likely the result of a quick moving and intense snowstorm. It was predicted, but it happened right at the end of the Friday morning commute, so expressways and other roads were busy.
